Positive Affirmation

I don't use these much at all,but if you like using them you'll need to empower them. Just mouthing positive words and phrases is useless,as is writing a list of these,or reading them from a book. Its like reading a book without applying what you learn. In order for positive affirmations to penetrate your subsconcious mind and become powerful,inducing the changes you wish for...the affirmations need to be charged with positive emotions and thoughts...experienced with all 5 senses...and highly seasoned with visualization. Thus I rarely use positive affirmations. It is so much easier,so much more powerful,and much more enjoyable to use creative visualization and or journaling. Visualize with Brainwave Entrainment for miraculous results. Positive affirmations can be frustrating...and...unless used correctly...will produce unimpressive results...nothing to write home about.
