A Time To Forgive

This part of the attraction process most certainly isn't fun,but it needs to be done,if you wish to successfully attract and receive your new car. Its time to forgive your enemies...not by a hollow, "I forgive all my enemies,"...that's not forgiveness...its nothing but words. This will be done in a journal or own notbook paper,whichever you prefer. You are going to adress your enemies as a group,rather than individually,unless you prefer to address each one individually. As you write,imagine you are standing behind the altar of a big beautiful Cathedral...your enemies are your audience,seated quietly,as if waiting for the church service to begin. Write to them in your journal,imagining you are talking to them from behind the altar. Tell them how much they've hurt you,how they wronged you,used you,whatever you need to say to them. Feel your feelings as you write...release all the hurt,pain,fear,all those unwanted feelings. If you need to cry,cuss,rage...do that,let it all out,empty all that negativity,poisons,toxins,pollutents. Say everything you always wanted to say to these enemies...its alright during this time of forgiveness to be negative...you are forgiving,releasing,emptying,letting go. Don't hold back. If you need to scream,get a pillow and scream into it,sob on it you need to. If you need to have a rage or bitch fit...do it. Write as much as you feel you need to.

After you've said all you need and want to say to your enemies,take 5 deep breaths,releasing each breath slowly. Its time to forgive...write your forgivess to your enemies...by now the forgiveness is real,true,and complete. While you are forving your enemies,forgive yourself,if you feel the need to do that. Forgive God,the Universe,if you need to. As you are forgiving...imagine your enemies,in unison,smiling as they accept your forgivess and extend their forgiveness to you. Soak up these good feelings and thoughts. Imagine your enemies leaving the Cathedral smiling and at peace.

After you are done,sign your letter...and date it. Keep the letter as a reminder you've forgiven and released your enemies.
