Write out your life,situations,feelings,thoughts as is in this present time...the good,the bad,and the ugly,don't worry about being negative,don't withraw from how bad it feels...write it all down. If you need to cry and cuss,write that all down. Don't censor yourself. Release all those painful feelings. This isn't a feel good project,but will be useful and empowering,as you will soon find out. Its going to become fun.
After that writing assignment,rewrite it,but this time write it as you wish it to be...the good,the great,and the magical. No negativity this time,no pain. Write out the life you wish to live,all the wonderful things you wish to have,everything you wish to be,as if its already yours. Feel those exciting feelings,the joy...feel,feel,feel...experience it all with your 5 senses...visualize as you write.
Burn all that ugliness that is your present life experience,what you are living now...or put it through a shreader. Keep your ideal life that you've written out...read it at least once a week and think about it often...visualize it as being your present experience.
